How To Grow A Money Tree With This Safe And Diversified Profit Plan

I spend my days reviewing investment opportunities. Some are interesting, though most are lame ducks. Every now and again one comes along that really catches my eye. And I’ve found one of these champion investments for you today…

It offers investors:

  1. Surging demand
  2. Falling supply
  3. Competitive advantages
  4. Market and currency risk diversification

This opportunity isn’t in some momentary fad.

It’s gone from being dismissed as mundane to being the most in demand product in its class, and its popularity continues to grow year after year.

I’m talking about the once humble almond… now the superstar option of international food investors.

And a powerhouse in the health food aisle.

I’ll tell you how almonds can make you both healthy and wealthy for decades to come.

Before we look at the deal itself, let’s take a look at the factors that make almonds so attractive right now…

1. Surging Demand

The global almond ingredients market size is estimated to be valued at US$16.9 billion by 2025, recording a CAGR of 10.5%.

Demand in the United States has jumped 225% since the year 2005 alone.

This demand is being driven by a myriad of factors including:

  • A rapidly expanding global middle class: This sector of the population demands higher quality foods.
  • Vegan trends: As more and more people decide to eat less red meat, the demand for vegan foods and nutritious meat substitutes has risen dramatically. Almonds are increasingly filling the niche.
  • Rising awareness of lactose intolerance: Approximately 60% of adults worldwide are lactose intolerant. Lactose is a sugar found in milk, and those lacking the required enzyme to digest lactose suffer uncomfortable gastric distress if they consume ordinary milk products. Almond milk doesn’t have lactose and makes a nutritious and tasty milk substitute.
  • Global prevalence of celiac disease: Almond flour can be used as a substitute for wheat flour, which makes it suitable for celiacs, who suffer painful reactions to gluten in their diet.
  • Cardiovascular health improvement: The Journal of the American Heart Association publishes studies proving that consuming a small number of almonds daily (1.5 oz) can reduce bad cholesterol levels significantly and raises good cholesterol levels after just six weeks.
  • Belly fat reducer: The same studies reported by the American Heart Association proved a significant reduction of fat on the waistline of patients in the study without any associated reduction in calorie intake. You eat the same number of calories and get slimmer…

With this range of diet and health advantages, it’s easy to see how the once humble almond is now seen as a health super food.

2. Falling Supply

The U.S. almond supply is falling.

This is because 80% of the world’s almonds are grown in California and almonds require a lot of water.

California has mismanaged its water supply so badly that farmers are being forced to tear out their almond trees due to drought.

Total planted acres of almonds have fallen in the United States, too. New trees being planted are down 17% since 2020, and the total U.S. almond production is expected to be down 11% in 2023.

Another issue with the U.S. almond supply is the rampant use of honey bee killing pesticides in U.S. agriculture.

Almond trees require pollinators to propagate their nuts, but the pesticides used are causing colony collapse among the U.S. bee population.

3. Competitive Advantage

This plantation opportunity is in Spain, and the orchards come with government-guaranteed water rights and only EU mandated bee friendly pesticides are allowed anywhere in the country.

This means that while orchards are being razed and bee populations are collapsing in California, our Spanish orchards have all the water they’ll ever need, and the bees will continue to pollinate the crops for decades to come.

Our competitors are being forced out of the market due to non-financial considerations.

Due to the lack of water in California, even if the price of almonds doubles or triples in the future, U.S. competitors won’t be able to increase supply significantly due to water restrictions.

4. Market And Currency Risk Diversification

Investors in this sustainable almond plantation enjoy additional benefits such as duty free access to the 27 EU member states’ markets. Plus, a deep appreciation for heart healthy foods gives this almond opportunity market risk diversification. The plantation has guaranteed municipal water access and has its own well and ponds on the property, too.

This investment is sold in euros, meaning that you get your profit payments in euros as well. This diversifies your currency risk. Plus, you own the land under the trees, so this reduces your asset risk.

The Deal: Earn A 571% ROI From A Safe And Diversified Profit Plan

This developer has an impressive track record of implementing and managing successful farms across Europe.

The total projected payout is 784,852 euros…

The trees are already planted and are near to bearing their first crop, meaning you’ll see your first payout by January 2024.

This is the major advantage of this deal, you don’t have to wait three years for your first payout.

After that, you’ll see annual pay checks going straight into your bank account for 45 years.

Almond trees reach full maturity around year 10, from which point on you can expect an annual payout of 19,400 euros…

It adds up to the total projected 784,852-euro payout.

You own the land and the trees, so the deal is backed by a hard asset, which reduces your risk further.

I have based these numbers on a 9,362 square-meter site (2.3 acres) at a cost of 117,025 euros.

This is the size for all but one of our currently available parcels.

These projected returns are actually conservative. That Year-10-onwards annual payout could reach as much as 28,000 euros or more.

Financing is available. You can secure your land with a 30% deposit, and pay the remainder in 0%-interest installments over the following 24 months.

You’re buying into a well-established farm, from a developer who also manages similar projects in Europe.

And everything is 100% turn-key…

Planting, crop management, harvesting, and sales will all be handled by an experienced team of experts.

You don’t have to do anything except sit back and collect your payments for the next 45 years.

The developer has also vertically integrated the plantation by building his own solar powered warehouse and factory where the almond crop is processed, and from there sold into domestic and international markets.

An almond farm in SpainPlus, as recent logistical upheavals from the pandemic and war have highlighted, our own warehouse means we have greater independence from outside factors disrupting the supply chain.

Another key factor I’m eager to reiterate in this almond investment is the water supply. Almonds consume large amounts of water.

I’ve talked about the drought that is killing vast areas of farmland in California. U.S. cities are having to choose between water for their citizens and water for the agriculture industry and eventually the citizens will win out.

Our Spanish farm is ideally located in a region where the government practically guarantees the water supply. The developer is also an expert in the use of advanced irrigation techniques.

Plus, the developer has constructed their own reservoir and dug their own well into the large aquifer underneath it as an added measure of water security.

If you’re interested in securing a safe and diversified income for the future, where the ordinary investor can still get in on the ground floor, now is the time to act.
